ABOUT ME

Why I built this

Building is no longer the hard part. Claude Code can scaffold an app in an afternoon. The problem is everyone knows this now, and most AI-built products look exactly the same.

The real advantage has always been understanding your customer's problem before you write code, and then actually shipping. I spent years building at that intersection, and I started this community because I kept meeting people with genuinely great ideas who were shipping generic output, or never shipping at all.

For a long time I worked alone, and I did not notice that was the thing holding me back. Then I started sitting with other builders, one Friday at a time, on their actual products. Ideas got sharper. Feedback got faster. Things got shipped. The rule I keep coming back to: 80% planning, 20% building. Most builders do it backwards, in isolation. This community exists to fix that, so you launch products that help people and make money doing it.

FAQ

The call runs on Berlin time, almost every Friday.

  • Berlin: 5:00–7:00 PM
  • New York: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • San Francisco: 8:00–10:00 AM

If you miss it, you miss it. We keep a written transcript of every bake, and the digest and recipe card are sent out afterwards and stay in the library permanently. Sessions run regularly, almost every Friday, though the schedule can shift when the kitchen is closed.

Yes. Monthly members receive a renewal reminder 5 days before the next billing date, so you always have time to cancel before you're charged again.

We use Google Meet with Gemini's built-in AI transcription. The session generates a written transcript automatically. No video or audio is stored or shared. The transcript and recipe card go into your library after each bake.

A computer, a stable internet connection, Google Meet, a working camera, and a working microphone. That's it.
