Community Guidelines
The house rules of the kitchen. Joining the Product Bakery means agreeing to these. They apply everywhere we gather: the Friday calls and any official Product Bakery channel, including our chat group on Telegram. These Guidelines are part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who can be a baker
- You must be 18 years or older to join.
- Your membership is personal. The seat belongs to the person who subscribed. You cannot share it, transfer it, or bring a guest or colleague into a session in your place.
2. The non-negotiables
These keep the room working. They are not optional.
- Camera on and a working microphone. No camera or no mic means no participation. No exceptions.
- Be on time. The door closes 5 minutes after the call starts.
- Come prepared. Bring something to show or a specific question about what you are building.
- No lurking. This is a working kitchen, not an audience.
3. Respect the people in the room
- Treat every baker with respect. We are here to help each other build.
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, hate, threats, or deliberately damaging another member or the group.
- No selling, no pitching, no poaching. You may not use the room to hard-sell your services to other members or to recruit them away. We share to help, not to farm leads.
4. What's said in the kitchen stays in the kitchen
This is the heart of the Product Bakery, so read it carefully.
- When another baker shares an idea, a plan, numbers, or materials, you keep it confidential. You do not repeat it, screenshot it, forward it, or use it against them outside the room.
- This covers three things: other members' ideas and materials, the identity and personal details of other members, and all session transcripts, blueprints, and library content.
- This is a binding promise, not a polite suggestion. Breaking it is one of the fastest ways to lose your seat.
- This duty continues after you leave. What others trusted you with stays protected even when your membership ends.
- An honest word, baker to baker: this is a room full of humans, not a vault. We hold each other to this promise and we enforce it, but we cannot guarantee another person's behavior. If your idea needs absolute secrecy, this open kitchen is not the place for it. We think the trade is worth it. That is your call to make.
5. Your ideas stay yours, feedback is a gift
- You own your product. Nothing shared here gives anyone a claim to it.
- Feedback, tips, and suggestions given in the room are offered freely. They create no ownership claim and no obligation in either direction. Nobody who helped you can later say “you built my idea, you owe me,” and nobody you helped owes you. We help because that is the point of the bakery.
6. No recordings, transcripts only
- We do not record video or audio of sessions. We keep a written transcript so the value lives on without the risk.
- You may not record, film, or screenshot any session yourself. If we don't keep audio and video, neither do you.
7. The library is for bakers
- Transcripts, blueprints, and library materials are for your personal use as a member.
- You may not reshare, repost, resell, or publish them outside the community. Not in part, not in full.
8. The voting system
- The PB-Voting system decides the agenda. Vote honestly. No manipulation, no gaming, no pressuring others for votes.
9. When someone breaks the rules
- For minor slips, you will get a warning first. We would rather talk it out and de-escalate.
- For serious breaches, there is no warning. Leaking what was shared in confidence, harassment, or deliberately damaging the group or its members means immediate removal, with no refund.
- The billing and refund consequences of removal are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
10. These rules can change
- The Product Bakery is young and growing. We may update these Guidelines. Material changes will be communicated to members.
11. Something wrong? Tell us
- If a baker crosses a line or something feels off, contact us at [email protected]. We take it seriously.
Questions about billing, cancellation, or your right of withdrawal are in our Terms & Conditions.
